Energy Healing combined with Crystals & Ayurvedic Massage. We work with your chakras which are powerful energy centres situated within your body. These points were named chakras' in Sanskrit, the ancient language of India. Chakra meaning 'wheel' forms our inner engine. When we are stressed these energy centres get blocked and we start to loose focus and feel worn out. Energy Healing is beneficial in restoring your inner engine back to peace, balance, and harmony. We use specific crystals placing them on your body to open and spread healing energy around the seven chakras. As a result, physical, emotional, and spiritual healing occurs. After the crystal healing we massage the body to promote relaxation and allow the body to rebalance. Session includes: *Consultation *Visualisation exercises to ground you. *Crystals are placed on the body. *Healing is a hands off treatment. *Arm, hands, face, head, and shoulders massage *Oracle card reading
