Natural Healing Haven offers residential health & wellness retreat packages specialising in Ayurvedic Detox to remove toxins from the body and reduce stress that will change how you look, think and feel.
Our qualified, friendly team will support you all the way and offer advice and knowledge on how Ayurveda can be incorporated in your life moving forwards.
Our accommodation is minutes away from our treatment centre and is located in a peaceful village amongst the beautiful Hertfordshire countryside.
We have 3 elegantly styled cabins we use for overnight retreats, each with their own kitchen area, we are able to provide evening Ayurvedic meals to be supplied in the fridge on request.

There will be a break for lunch, where you are welcome to bring your own, alternatively we are a short walk from Buntingford High street with a number of cafes and stores.

My cousin booked the weekend as a present for me for my 40th birthday - best cousin ever 🙂 She thought it would be ideal gift for me because I was in a bad mental head space and she was right, it was the perfect gift.
