DELIVERY
Once payment has been received, all pieces are sent on a tracked parcel 4-7 WORKING days delivery service. We will contact you by email if there are any changes regarding your delivery. We are a small team and are working around the clock to dispatch all orders so please bare with us at very busy times. 

Please note that deliveries to Off Shore UK (Channel Isles) there will be applicable delivery charges. 

Channel Islands Delivery for small items (up to 5KGs) is £15 (5-7 Working Days) Please contact us prior to ordering to enquire about the specific cost of delivery if you are unsure.

There is no extra charge for smaller deliveries to Northern Ireland (under 5kgs) Please note that we do not currently ship to BPFO addresses. 

RETURNS
We hope you are delighted with your order but we do understand that sometimes you will want to return an item. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchases we will happily exchange or refund any unused items with your receipt within 30 days. Goods must be returned in the same condition they were sold, including all original packaging. The return of goods is our customer’s responsibility and postage will be refunded at the discretion of Natural Healing Haven.

If for any reason your goods have been damaged in transit, we will either refund your goods or replace it, if the item is in stock if it is not a one off piece, once the original goods have been returned to us.
